With over eight years of coaching experience, I’ve worked with clients of all ages, fitness levels, and athletic backgrounds. From beginners taking their first steps into fitness to competitive athletes looking to improve performance, my passion is helping people reach their goals through structured, results-driven training. I specialize in building strength, improving conditioning, and developing sustainable habits that lead to long-term success. I also have extensive experience working with youth athletes, helping them develop strength, athleticism, confidence, and overall performance.

Coach Stephan Mixter

Born and raised in Miami, Florida, I’ve built my coaching philosophy around discipline, performance, and helping people become stronger both physically and mentally. As a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, HYROX Level 1 Coach, and member of the Army Reserves, I bring a unique blend of coaching experience, military training, and competitive fitness to every session. I attended the U.S. Army's Holistic Health and Fitness Academy, where I further developed my knowledge of strength training, conditioning, recovery, and performance optimization.

I work with clients of all fitness levels, from beginners looking to improve their health to athletes preparing for competition. I specialize in helping clients lose body fat, build muscle, increase endurance, improve movement quality, and reach their performance goals through structured, individualized programming. My competitive background includes HYROX, Spartan Race, DEKA FIT, half marathons, and CrossFit competitions, giving me firsthand experience in the demands of functional fitness and endurance racing.
