What is Boxfit?
Boxfit is a cardiovascular workout proving to help you burn up to 800 calories in one hour! Boxfit is based on the training used for boxing so it includes jumping rope, boxing drills including footwork, running stairs and abdominal workouts - all focusing on fitness and toning.
